For one of our clients, we are looking for a Informatica Developer to participate in the project described below:
Context of the services
Within the Performance and BI division, in the customer service department.
Your tasks
- Striving for continuous improvement in data, tools and operations
- To be responsible for the architecture of the data models necessary for the successful implementation of the prioritisation of call flows to the call centres according to the areas of competence and expertise of the advisors.
- Supporting the data analyst team in the development of dashboards linked to new flow prioritisation
- Internal and external monitoring of tools
- Maintain the link with the IS and central governance, in order to keep abreast of the company's data developments
- Management of industrial data flows to the centres
- Provide steering data (industrial flows)
- Plan a migration of these ODI flows to Informatica
- Supporting and imparting data knowledge, to provide a better understanding of the centres' data and incident management:
- Reporting and escalation of incidents (flows, missing data)
- Create communication solutions adapted to the business, users and management.
Profile required
- You have a 2-5 years experience on BI/Data projects
- You are familiar with the following tools and languages: ODI and/or Informatica, dataviz tools such as Tableau as well as relational databases (Teradata, Oracle) Big data/SQL.
