Project Manager / Technical Architect

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Architect to participate in the project described below:

Context of the services : Expertise and advice on architecture and solutions

The Data Office of our client has defined a Data strategy for the coming years together with the different business lines. The IT department in charge of Data Management (in the broadest sense) is being reorganised to be able to offer data services to the other departments of the Bank and to find the technical solutions that will enable these services to be delivered (the enablers).

Subject of the services:

  • Define and implement the various data services, in line with the strategy in place, which will be used by business users and IT members.
  • Participate in the design and choice of software and organisational solutions
  • Define a realistic deployment roadmap.
  • Provide technical advice based on your subsequent experience as an architectural/design solution
  • To write the documents necessary for the communication of these choices and their deployment roadmaps. Profile required

  • Data Architect Engineer or IS Architect (10+ years experience)
  • Expert data/solution Architect having alreadỳ been involved in this kind of program and/or in the realization of POCs, ideally in the banking sector.
  • At ease in writing and speaking in an international context (daily use of English)
  • Your expertise should cover the following topics, among others
  • Admin & Life Cycle: Data Retention Policy / Incident Management /
    Performance Management / Workflow Management
    • Analytics Data Service: Data Sandbox / Explorative & Predictive Analytics / Image/Audio/Video Analytics / Text/document Analytics / Visualization & Reporting
    • Data Governance: Content Management / Data Governance Policies / Data Lineage / Data Model / Data Quality - Data Stewardship
    • Data Integration/distribution
    • Data Integration/Quality
    • Data Management : Analytical Framework, Architecture principles (access) & Data Catalogue
    • Data Storage & Virtualization : Data Cache / Data Virtualization / Datalake / Operational Data Store / Unstructured Data
    • Distribution Service/HUB: Two-way sync
    • Infrastructure/Platform: Cloud / Deployment Model / Dev Ops / High Availability
    • Master Data/Referential: 3rd Parties / Cash Accounts / Funds / Pricing / Securities Accounts
    • Operational Data Services: Integrated Views(360) & Operational MDM
    • Security: Data Masking, Encryption / Regulatory Compliance / Roles, Authorization and Access
